We
are looking for Telephone Sales Prospecting Representatives
(TSR) for lead generation and prospecting. The TSR is responsible
for making business to business outbound phone calls to senior
level executives. The TSR must demonstrate the ability to
get past gatekeepers and ask probing questions. We are a targeted
business to business marketing agency who helps our customers
find new business opportunities.
We are looking for people who
are assertive and have mature and professional phone skills
to help us to help our clients. Our clients are the leading
companies in the world and you will be calling high level
executives throughout the United States on behalf of them.
The ideal candidate has at least 6 months telemarketing experience,
preferably in business to business telemarketing, is assertive;
goal oriented and has good computer skills. You must have
data entry skills as well since all the information you gather
must be entered into our computer system.

The Prospecting
Manager will be responsible for training and coaching the
Telephone Sales Representative’s (TSR). The Prospecting
Manager will be responsible for making sure all TSR’s
meet their objectives and create contests and office events
to motivate the staff. The Prospecting Manager will be required
to supervise the TSR’s and increase the quality of work
completed by the TSR’s. The Prospecting Manager will
develop calling questionnaires, scripts, training materials,
etc. to meet the goals of our clients and the President of
Advantage Plus Marketing Group. The Prospecting Manager will
have to review, proof, and correct all the caller’s
work daily. The Prospecting Manager is directly responsible
for the quality of each Caller’s work.
The Prospecting Manager will
also be responsible for project outbound prospecting. Prospecting
includes the ability to identify and contact the correct individual.
It also includes the ability to conduct a survey and carry
on a conversation to identify potential business opportunities.
The candidate must be able write up each conversation thoroughly
and completely. In addition, the Prospecting Manager will
serve as the Back-up for answering the phones, and must know
how to navigate their way around Microsoft Word, at a minimum.
There are many other computer related functions that are part
of the job responsibility, but they can be taught with a reasonable
understanding of Windows and the PC.
